Free Your Boobies : It's No Bra Day!

Today women (and some men) around the world ditched their bras and bared their breasts in support of #NoBraDay.

Although pictures of boobs are great national No Bra Day, is rooted in raising awareness for breast cancer awareness month.

#NoBraDay encourages women and men of the importance of breast cancer screening, recognising the symptoms of breast cancer and regular self-examinations in the fight against breast cancer, by encouraging women to leave their bras at home on October 13th.

Breast Cancer Care advise there’s no right or wrong way to check your breasts for any changes. Try to get used to looking at and feeling your breasts regularly. You can do this in the bath or shower, when you use body lotion, or when you get dressed. There’s really no need to change your everyday routine. Just decide what you are comfortable with and what suits you best.

Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits and up to your collarbone.

Throughout the month of October we will be raising money for Cancer Research and Breast Cancer Now, find out how you can help us here
